meet the advisory  board

Ed and Dian Davis

Ed Davis, husband of Dian Davis, is the Director of Carroll County Lifeliine Connection.  He has spent most of his life looking out for himself until he was radically changed by an encounter with Jesus in the mid 90's.  He enjoys riding his Harley, hunting and seeing people set free from life controlling issues.  Jeremiah 29:11 "For I Know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Dian Davis, wife of Ed Davis, grew up in and around Carroll County.  Dian assists Ed with directing Carroll County Lifeline Connection.  Her passion is to help people be set free of addictions.  Her hobbies are gardening, motorcycle riding, interior decorating, music and family. Romans 12:2 "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.  Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will."

Tom and Angela Brubaker

Tom along with his wife Angela are members of the Advisory Board, and are both Facilitators, Angela is also a Coordinator for Carroll County Lifeline Connection. They are members of Delphi First Assembly of God Church. They have four daughters and five grandchildren. They enjoy traveling, boating and fishing, music and reading. We are blessed to be part of a ministry where we can share the love and hope to lost and hurting people through the Word of God. His favorite verse is Philippians 1:6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.  Her favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11-13 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD,“plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me
and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with
all your heart.

Tracy and Jenny Kellum

Jenny Kellum is the wife of Tracy Kellum. She grew up in Kokomo, Indiana on a farm in Western Howard County. She serves as a Coordinator, member of the advisory board, and with her husband Tracy as a facilitator focusing on Committed Couples Group for Carroll County Lifeline Connection. She is a
member of Delphi 1 st Assembly of God Church where she loves being a part of the Choir worshipping and helps with the Tech Team. She enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her family. Her favorite bible verse is Mark 11-23- 24.  For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them,and you will have them.
Tracy Kellum is the husband of Jenny Kellum. He grew up in Tipton, Indiana. He serviced in the army for 12 years including Desert Storm, which gave him insight to help facilitate the PTSD Group. He is a member of the Carroll County Lifeline Connection Advisory Board. Tracy enjoys fishing and serving the Lord by helping others. He is a member of Delphi 1 st Assembly
of God where he serves as one of the head ushers. His favorite bible verse is Isaiah 40:31 But those who trust in the Lord will fine new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.​

Dianna Maxwell

Dianna Maxwell was raised in Lafayette,IN and moved to Delphi, IN soon after marrying Russell Maxwell of Delphi.They have two adult children Ryan and Cody, who also live in Delphi. Dianna who is a facilitator with Lifeline and part of the Advisory board cares for people and understands we all have struggles and we need each other. Her faith in Christ and caring people have helped her overcome many hard times in her life, and set her in a new direction. Like all the facilitators at Lifeline, she volunteers because of her love for people and her belief that what is impossible for man is possible for God. Dianna's favorite bible verse is Psalm 121:1-2" I lift up my eyes to the mountains where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth."
