OUR COMMUNITY'S YOUTH

It is with deep gratitude that Carroll County Lifeline Connection would like to thank all of those who participated in helping with the community survey and the assessment. The dedication of individuals who helped to distribute and collect survey responses, and their passion for improving the lives of the youth in Carroll County is truly commendable. While it is clear that no single individual, organization, company or agency can totally resolve the issues addressed in this assessment, much needed change is possible when caring individuals work together for the cause. It is the hope of CCLC and all those who collaborated in this project that this will be a catalyst to a brighter future not only for the youth, but for everyone who lives in Carroll County.
